You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. luckpkr may request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address issued within the last three months, and proof of payment method ownership. An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. luckpkr reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee of up to Rs 500 per month against the remaining balance of an inactive Account, following written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence terminates automatically upon Account closure or suspension.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckpkr, its operators, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following:
